Oracle Cloud Support Center

A very small post but, such a big news and unless I missed it, I did not see a big announcement on this.

On July 21st, Oracle Support Center was made available. It can be used to create/ manage support requests, monitor OCI service status, access Oracle Cloud Community and guess what?

You can even use it to chat with Oracle support!

Yes, I understand that you could chat earlier as well however, that was limited to chatting with the engineer that is assigned to your service request and of course if the engineer is available.

Now, you can just initiate a chat and a digital assistant is available for you at all times. Based on your question, the digital assistant will try to provide you documented answers however, if that does not suffice your requirement, you have an option to chat with a live agent.
